Thank you for visiting. Our custom wood signs are cut out of 1/4" thick birch wood and are lightweight yet durable. Mounting is easy with heavy duty mounting tape. These are elegantly beautiful! There's truly something for everyone. Use this for your sweet little one's nursery, or for any other purpose (wedding, general home décor, etc.).

*** - Sample photo fonts for ELIJAH cole sign are: Elijah (Open Sans Font) and James (Noah font). Middle name will be cut separate from the first name. First name is individually cut letters and middle name is a script connected font.

Details:
- We cut these out of 1/4" birch wood.
- Available as unfinished wood or select from one of our finish options
- The more the letters a name has, the smaller the height.
- Approximate height varies, available in several width options.
- Our width measurements calculate the distance from left to right across the entire name, from first letter to last, it could be also considered the "length" of the sign.
- No sawtooth hangers are included on the back of these names. We advise cutting out command strips to adhere to the wall or using nails to hang them. Do not hammer nails through the wood itself. Nails should only be used to support the sign.
-The wood has natural wood grain variations and may have knots. These are all natural characteristics and what make them unique and beautiful.
- If you choose to have your sign painted, it is painted on the front side only. If you want the back painted, too, please contact us for a custom listing. There will be an upcharge for painting the back.

We are happy to send over a proof for our customers, if requested. However, we do not automatically send a proof if it isn't requested. Sending proofs and receiving approvals delays our entire process and production line. We do not mind assisting if we are asked, but in most cases the details provided are more than enough to complete an order without design mockup.

Tracking numbers are provided for every order. We ask customers to monitor their tracking. In the event an item is marked delivered, but is somehow not actually at the location, the quickest resolution is to contact the local branch of the post office or your neighbors. We will assist with investigating but once an item is shipped and marked as delivered, it is difficult to quickly resolve from the shipper's location.

We gladly send over design proofs prior to a purchase, but we do not prioritize these designs. Our priority is to fulfill existing orders for our customers. The most efficient way to get an order quickly while needing design help is to purchase the item and list all design requests in the notes. We will be sure to finalize the details prior to engraving the order.

We keep on track with our advertised turn around times, and we often deliver much sooner than is predicted. However, the production clock will not start until an order is fully detailed. If numerous design proofs and adjustments are requested after the order is placed, the time frame will begin once we know exactly what will be needed on the order. One more factor that will delay advertised turn around is having an item painted. Naturally, painting and letting an item dry will require more time and attention than delivering an order in its original state.

The name that came perfectly meets what I was expecting. Also the shipping time was incredibly fast I thought it was going to take alot longer because of it being personalized but I was shocked. I also was very impressed the way it was packaged. I would 100% recommend this shop and if I need something similar I will come back.
