PRODUCTION TIME
We currently have a production window of 6-8 business days and a shipping window typically will be 2-5 business days following that. Asking for graphic approval will potentially impact this window. We do graphic work usually only 3-4 days a week, because we are the graphic designers, engravers, packagers and behind the scenes all in one. We find our system to be the most effective for us to get all of our orders out in a timely manner, so asking for extra designs or changing order details will inevitably delay production windows.
*The production window begins once all details and design choices are finalized, not the moment an order is placed. Orders needing to be painted will take longer to produce than other items.

Our primary concern and focus is producing top-notch quality items in the time frame we promise. We want to tend to all of our customers and messages, but please be aware that it may take up to 24-48 hours to respond to messages.

Orders are processed in 1-2 Business Days with a Rush. Please message us first to ensure we have the inventory in stock. This is not a shipping upgrade, but a fee to move your order to the front of our production line.

Shipping time: 2-5 business days for USPS Priority & First Class Mail, 3-8 business days for USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class International is used for all other countries and shipping times vary by destination, but please allow 4-6 weeks shipping time if you are shipping outside of the USA. Also, please be aware there may be additional custom charges.

Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
The dimensions of each item are included in the item's description. We cannot guarantee our items to be a perfect fit for whatever the buyer intends to use them for. We will be sure to deliver the items with the dimensions described.
Design Proofs
We are happy to send over a proof for our customers, if requested. However, we do not automatically send a proof if it isn't requested. Sending proofs and receiving approvals delays our entire process and production line. We do not mind assisting if we are asked, but in most cases the details provided are more than enough to complete an order without design mockup.
Shipping
Tracking numbers are provided for every order. We ask customers to monitor their tracking. In the event an item is marked delivered, but is somehow not actually at the location, the quickest resolution is to contact the local branch of the post office or your neighbors. We will assist with investigating but once an item is shipped and marked as delivered, it is difficult to quickly resolve from the shipper's location.
Design proofs before purchasing
We gladly send over design proofs prior to a purchase, but we do not prioritize these designs. Our priority is to fulfill existing orders for our customers. The most efficient way to get an order quickly while needing design help is to purchase the item and list all design requests in the notes. We will be sure to finalize the details prior to engraving the order.
Turn around time
We keep on track with our advertised turn around times, and we often deliver much sooner than is predicted. However, the production clock will not start until an order is fully detailed. If numerous design proofs and adjustments are requested after the order is placed, the time frame will begin once we know exactly what will be needed on the order. One more factor that will delay advertised turn around is having an item painted. Naturally, painting and letting an item dry will require more time and attention than delivering an order in its original state.
What if I submit an order with the incorrect mailing address?
You will need to submit a cancellation of your order and reorder with the correct mailing address.
What if my item arrives broken?
If an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I return my item?
Due to the personal nature of our custom items, we do not offer a return option. The majority of our orders include personalized wording or names, but even the more generic items include sizing and color requests that are unique to each customer. Once an item is created, the order is complete.
